hello, i recently got a new ipad and on my old ipad i had every single pack purchased from a game called “toca boca life” and i reset my old ipad because i thought i wasn’t going to use it, but i am and im aware i cant restore my purchases if i no longer have access to the apple account that the purchases were made on, but is there anyway i can get a refund or get the items back? im not sure what i can do.

He LOVES (needs, really) Spaceflight Simulator, which he plays constantly on his older iPad. I just bought the app's full add-on pack on June 20, 2023, using the same Apple ID I'm logged into the new iPad with right now, but every single time I try to restore my purchase, a popup window appears and says "This item was purchased by a different Apple ID. Sign in with that Apple ID and try again." I've been in this loop for over an hour, logging in, verifying from my phone, trying again and failing, logging out, logging back in, etc. It's maddening!!! You Already Own This/Restore Purchases Issue Hi, So a few years ago I purchased a package in a game. In the meantime the devs changed things and the package became obsolete compared to a new package that included the same exact things. It was basically an access to everything in the game type thing. I contacted the devs and they sent me a code to access this new package. When entering the code I get a pop up that says “You already own this: If you don’t see it, you may need to restore it.” So I went into the game and clicked restore purchases. It didn’t work. Devs sent me a new code. Actually several. And none have worked. I deleted my account and made a new one. Still didn’t work. They’re stopped. I’m stumped. I play the game regularly, it’s kind of like a mindless distraction kind of thing. So it is a bummer to not be able to play the way I paid to. hope someone can help me out. thanks!

How do I Re-download a previously purchased app (from Jan 2014) to a new iPhone? purchased a new iPhone and did not transfer everything over (too many junk apps) but one app, 1Password 7, I want to have on new iPhone. Went to purchase history in App Store but did not see if as it only has a limited view of past purchases. Went to settings Media purchases and can see I purchased Jan 2014 but it does not give me an option for Re-download 😩 any help??
