Heart Rate app disappears after watchOS update

i too have contacted Apple both on- line and via return call from Senior team- they are now aware of the issue and say they’re researching a fix. Definitely a 10.1 update issue!

I have the same problem except I can add it back to the face. I've added the complication 5 or 6 times and within a few minutes to an hour, I'll glance at my watch and the complication is no longer showing. When I edit the face it says, that complication location is "Off".

This definitely started after the OS upgrade.

Happened after upgrading to WatchOS 10.1 on all 4 of my Apple Watches

I have just rang up Apple and they said the engineers are trying to find a way to fix it.

Same problem here after updating to 10.1

I also got the same error when upgrading to WOS 10.1

I want to confirm that after the latest update, there is an issue with the heart rate showing on any watch face. I’ve reset, unpaired the watch to test and it does not work. Apple needs to fix this.

I am very disappointed . None of the fixes posted have resulted in getting this app back.

Apple : please state when this will be fixed.
