M1 Macbook Air Lagging

I have had my M1 MacBook Air just over an year and a half. Lately, I am experiencing situations where my MacBook Air lags and I am unable to use it as the animations and responses are getting so choppy. When I hover over says options in settings or files in VS Code or even any other app the animations of hover are lagging behind the cursor and even the click responses are late. The clicked file or option would literally open after 2-5 seconds. This is usually happening after I have reached about 75% battery and happens all the way till my charging level is around 45-40%. Out of this battery levels, it is working butter smooth which seems a bit weird but it is how it is going on. I have noticed that several other persons have reported similar issues. I’m interested in knowing if apple cares enough to solve this problem or not.

PS: I have already done all the test for example turning it on in safe mode and check if the problem continues, create a new user, reinstall macOS, etc but the problem is still not getting solved and issue persist in all of these provided solutions.
