Apple Watch paired to another iPhone and the watch has a password
I bought a renewed Apple Watch, but it is still paired to another iPhone. The watch has a password so idk how to reset because I can’t get into it.

The watch is still secured by Activation Lock to the original owner's Apple ID. This is an anti-theft measure and can only be released by the original owner who set the lock. More info in the two Apple Support documents linked below.
About Activation Lock on your Apple Watch - Apple Support
If you can contact the original owner the support docs describe how they can go online and release the lock.
If you purchased (commercially) online or in store as "reconditioned like new" the reconditioning failed, and you will never get the lock released. Reject and return to the seller for a full refund.
If you purchased privately and can't contact the seller, or they are unable to release Activation Lock then I regret to say you have probably been scammed by someone selling a stolen device.
