I ordered the wrong keyboard for mac

I ordered a MBP today from the online store. I didn't notice the keyboard options and ordered Arabic instead of English by mistake. It's to be shipped only by 6th Oct. The Apple office isn't open during the weekend so I can't make a call. I don't have the option to edit or cancel the order either. The order is still in the 'Processing' stage.

If I want to change the keyboard, will I have to wait to return it, or will they be able to change it when the office is open again?

You'll have to ask Apple that question. I'd imagine the answer depends on exactly where in the process your order is. If you can't make a call on weekends, you'll have to wait until you can.

You can return it for a full refund if you act within the time period in your location, so you will eventually get the Mac you want.

Arabic keyboard features English glyphs on the keys as well. If you are somewhere where Arabic is common, you may actually prefer the Arabic keyboard.

The glyphs on the keys are ONLY a convenience for YOU, they do NOT determine what language is used internally for messages or what symbols are generated when you press a key.

The Mac has the easy capability to switch keyboard translations (called Input sources) and writing direction built-in, and these can be switched quickly and easy as you are working.

also, take a look at the actual keyboard layout you are scheduled to receive, it is listed first or second in this article:
