When talking on the phone, no one can hear me when I use speaker phone after upgrading to IOS 17.0.1 Is anyone else having this issue?

I discovered that the volume control for speaker phone mode is independent of the regular iOS volume. This seems to be part of the 17.x update.
Make a call, set to speaker, and then adjust the volume up and it will all work fine.
This was driving me nuts as speakers worked all other apps except in the phone app.
Yes! i downloaded and updated my phone to ios17 yesterday and since then when people call me , they can’t hear me! Apple needs to fix this issue asap!

Mine was working fine till today but seems to have gone bad again. I didn’t realise how much I used loud speaker until it doesn’t work. It’s driving me crazy

During phone calls at CarPlay wireless connection disconnected and connected again. I don’t lose the connection to caller.

Both of our girls phones are iPhone 14s and still in the iOS 16 range and when they are on speaker phone or FaceTime there is zero audio

Changing your phone case will not effect anything to do with the phone
When I'm on a call and I put my phone on speaker mode, after 3 or so minutes it reverts back to the iPhone speaker
