Prepare iPhone for Repair Safely

Hi Everyone. My iPhone 14 Pro is having some camera issues. If I record video in Sport mode and with zoom x3, the camera vibrates badly and you can even hear the lense. I have Apple Care+ so I wanna take it to the Apple Store, but I’m concerned about two things:

- Are you comfortable deactivating FIND MY and removing the passcode (that’s what the Apple Store asked me to do last time)?

- If they replace the terminal, how can I transfer my 2 eSIMs to the new one if they don’t let me know in advance?

Last year I took my iPhone 13 Pro to repair due to Bluetooth issues and they swapped the entire phone except the screen without let me know in advance. All my Apple Wallet credit cards and my personal data remained in the old one. I even didn’t have a chance to erase it, so now I’m concerned about their practices.

Any advice on how to prepare my iPhone for repair if it’s my only phone? Thank you.
