How to identify Ad Blockers I am using

There are sometimes articles that I would like to view but that I have to pass-up because I am asked to disconnect my Ad blocker. I never do, because the process is too dIfficult, and I don't know how, anyway. If I could disconnect my ad blocker with ONE click, I would be happy to do so for that one site for that one time, but that is not possible,

How can I determine which Ad Blockers I have installed? (I think I have many.)

iMac 24″, macOS 13.5

I have now found a way to turn-off the Ad Blocker section of my browser and it was easy. Apparently, that's all the website cared about, because I can now access it. I'm now hoping that all websites feel the same way, because turning off Opera's Ad Blocker is very easy. I can keep it on for 99% of the time, and turn it off for the rare instances when I don't want it. (The best of both worlds) I have to wonder if it's the same for all browsers.
