When I try to sign in to Apple TV app I just get a spinning circle. I‘be uninstalled and reinstalled, unplugged router and restarted unplugged and restarted Firestick, all other apps working fine. Any suggestions. It’s been this way for a few days!

The second-to-last Fire TV firmware update/system software update caused issues for the Apple TV app on that brand device, but a subsequent later update seems to have solved that again. Please check if a new software update is available for your device.

I took a Firestick from another TV and replaced it with the one I am having problems with and it is working as it should! I haven’t yet tried the Firestick that isn’t working on the other TV but seems the problem is with the Firestick itself. Thanks for trying to help! I’m thinking problem is solved!

My AppleTV worked just fine on my old Fire TV Stick 4K, but we replaced the Fire TV Stick 4K with a new one, and now it doesn't work. It just spins every time we try to sign in. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing data, clearing cache, restarting the Firestick numerous times. Nothing is working!
I am using FireTV 4K Max 2nd Generation in Hong Kong. After I logged in my Apple Hong Kong ID, the Apple TV+ apps just stayed in the turning wheel turning forever. If I killed the app in the background and re-open it, it will just stay in the "Apple Logo” page, and cannot enter to the Apple TV+ home page.
Yeah, I just checked, have most recent Firestick update, Apple app still not working, everything else working fine….so frustrating?
I have the same problem. having issues opening the Apple TV app once downloaded and signed in? I just get the cogwheel OR Apple logo.
