Missed call notification won’t go away on iPhone 15 Pro

Had same issue. I resolved by going to settings, phone app. Turn off badges. Restart iPhone, then go back into settings and turn badges back on.

I am having the same issue. I have a brand new iPhone 15 plus. I’ve deleted my call history, permanently deleted voicemails from deleted list, turned off badge notifications and restarted (repeated this process 4 times w no success), as well as went through all missed calls from the last 6 months from when my data transferred over. My missed call badges are still there 🤷🏻‍♀️ Anyone have anything else they’ve tried that’s helped?

Same issue for me. Brand new iPhone 15 Pro. Phone shows 11 notifications. Zero missed calls. Zero voicemails.

Turning notifications off and on does nothing. As soon and you enable them, the red bubble returns.

Restarting phone does nothing.

Clearing every screen in the app does nothing.

You could also try to clear the notification by opening the Phone app > Recents > tap All then Missed at the top, then close the app.

Hope this works!

To clear missed call notifications swipe left on the notification or group of notifications, then tap Clear.

Or from the Lock screen open the Notification Centre, swipe up from the middle of the screen, then clear your notification history, touch and hold the X button and tap Clear All Notifications or click the X button and press clear.

If this doesn't work try restart the device.

If it is a Notification badge you can switch off the Notification Badge option and then switch it back on again to see if that helps.

Everyone are ducking Bots here! I’ve got no idea why such people are in this community without knowing such basic stuff. Just Mark as Read your Voicemails and the number of missed calls will automatically get reset.

You are spot on, disabling notifications and then turning the phone off, then restarting and enabling them fixed this flaw.

When I tried disabling without restarting it wouldn’t resolve.

Total fail. Tried 17 times and still have missed call notification. Apple needs to fix. I rely on my phone for sales and can’t be constantly checking for legit missed calls or VMs

I just got the new iPhone 15 pro max and after the whole transfer it showed 3 phone notifications. There was no missed calls etc. I went into settings and did notifications> phone> badges and turned badges off. I left them off and restarted my phone then once it turned back on I turned the badges back on and it fixed it on the first try.

I tried the method where you go in the settings and turn off badges and notifications but it never worked after rebooting my new 15 multiple times. Instead, it appeared to have fixed itself after missing a call. So try missing a call on purpose to see if that works.
