I need for bullets to appear one by one with a click required between bullets

Select the text box with the bulleted list on the slide
click the Animate button in the toolbar
Select Build In
Click Add an Effect, then choose Appear
Click the Text Animation drop down menu, and choose By Object
Click the Delivery drop down menu, and choose By Bullet
To see a preview of the animation, click Preview

When in Play, by default, each build is set to appear when you click the mouse or press the spacebar
