my iPhone looping in apple logo

I just deleted my WhatsApp application since it consumed too much memory. Then I restarted it. Unfortunately, my iPhone is now looping on Apple logo. what should I do?

Thanks Sparks0829, finally i did like this:

connect my iphone to myMacbook then I do the hard reset, press vol up and down then press and hold on/off button until the screen shows that my iphone is connected to my Macbook. At first, i didnt have the connected sign instead i had my apple logo. Eventually it could be connected
in my MacBook, it was shown what would i do with my phone? Update or Reset.
i choosed update but, in the middle of downloading I was sort of lost my connection though my internet speed is still high. Several times I’ve got a notification that my file is corrupted
then i decided to switch my option to restore my phone, i loss the recent data and rely on my last icloud back up.
