Why is my iPhone 15 Pro screen unresponsive sometimes?

I’ve only had my phone maybe two weeks now. The touchscreen has been unresponsive quite a bit even to the point where I would have to exit the app, close the app and then open it again for whatever I was trying to type or whatever for the phone to work. should I return the phone?

Why is my iPhone pro 15 having screen response issues. I have checked my screen protector and re started my phone but still it has the same issue. It’s generally in the corners where the commands are. Any solutions

this happen to me to, but only ith the keybord at the moment. At first I thought it was becase of my protector screen but it stil happening ithout it.

Phone is brand new not 1 day of use, and my iphone 13 ddnt do that. SO, what do we do, return the phone?

I had Same issue today with 15 pro max 1 tB, used aud $3000 to buy this , and touch screen is Unresponsive, can’t turn off, can do anything at all. This is Really Bad For Us And For Apple As well. Apple Lost 2 loyal customer. It’s A shame.even With Charging I have A problem. It doesn’t charge Properly with wired charger.

had same issue with keyboard and overheating on 15 plus. Sent it for repair. They said they reset it and restarted and its fine. No it is not! Nothing was fixed! i spent wasted hours on phone with Apple trying to fix this before sending it in. This will be the last iphone I own.

hey hi ! So how do you show them the problem of the touch screen . Because my problem does not show that frequent and severe. Just my touch screen is not that sensitive

I am experiencing the same thing, my screen from time to time is also unresponsive. I have a iPhone 15 Pro Max.

I even shared a video recording of the issue, but the service executive ignored it.

the display touch experience is even worse than a 150$ android phone

Same issue on my 15+ after 17.1 update. Never thought iOS and iphone will be such a junk.

Same issue here. Texting. Videos auto fast forwarding. I’ve done the very hard resets. And washed my hands. It’s like my 15promax has a mind of its own.
