Why is my iPhone 15 Pro screen unresponsive sometimes?

Similar problem with my iPhone 15 pro max and same model of my wife.

we bought them in USA, but we are now in Europe (where we are living now) and I don’t know what to do. Could it be fixed with new firmware? It’s look like it is only for some apps only, or it is hardware problem? Can I change the phone in Portuga?

I have the same thing whenever I’m typing and sometimes the keyboard doesn’t respond, or when I try to swipe through TikTok it doesn’t swipe. Also I don’t know if anyone is experiencing this, but my phone just randomly restarts for no reason.

I have a 15 pro max and this screen is very unresponsive, sometimes when i press random buttons they just dont press, like right now i had to press ‘s’ four times just for the two to register in the word stress, what should i do? Try and get it replaced or fixed? Pls help, I thought I was the only one with this issue but clearly I’m not. It’s a pretty small thing but very annoying and not good at all considering i’ve had this phone for like a week and a half. Btw this goes for basically all apps but any keyboard is the most noticable

I just bought the 15pro 3 days ago, and the touch screen has some serious issues. It’s not smooth and sometimes you have to tap keys more than 3 times and it’s irresponsive. This is a serious issues that should be tackled asap. We’re not paying such prices for iPhones not to get the value out of it. Also very frustrating.

I do some research on web and it seems that many many people has this problem with bad promotion, touch missing and unresponsivnes. It its mostly visible when typing, espetialy on third party apps.

Im loosing my patience with my all new iPhone 15 Pro Max. Apple please wake up!!!

same thing here my keyboard sensitivity is too slow it wont pick up how fast i type, or when i double click to go back on youtube sideways its the lower half of my screen and i just got this phone brand new two weeks ago

Axel thank u so much, thank God I came on the web to find a solution to my problem. I woke up after leaving my screen on and phone charging to a black screen, touching, Siri working but no screen light. I came online and saw this post so I did as u said and the screen came on. I hope apple fixes these bugs because it’s not looking good for them. I have a brand new iPhone 15 pro max.

Same problem here with the iphone 15 pro! With my previous iPhone 11 Pro i never had any problems with touch not registering. I often notice it when i lightly touch the screen. I hope Apple will come up with a solution soon.

write a negative review is hard I am a young adult male very in touch with computers and this is still hard to do. Why does Apple not make products that ask to do what we want them

I just got my phone iPhone 15 at T-Mobile last week and was doing the same thing right out the box I said hey look I can’t use the phone it’s getting super hot it’s lighing up I don’t know what it is

I’m really mad and you know I have to get back down there. I got a broken leg so I gotta push somebody to give me a ride. Hopefully it’ll be in time, but you might do the same thing constantly shut down shut off apple should be ashamed of themselves

same issue with my new IP14. Seems not that bad like some of the other comments here , fxample the keyboard is fine. But regularily I miss touches through all kind of apps even the system ones. Definately not OK and definately worse than even a 10x cheaper android phone. What the ****.

Unfortunetlu there is still no support from apple since September 2023 according this problem.

I'm very unhappy...

I have the opposite problem. My screen jumps seemingly randomly while holding the phone reading when I touch a side, especially near a corner. A text will jump back to the beginning or to the end and I have to try to find my place again.

I don't know if that a hardware problem or software but I think many people have this issue and Apple do nothing.

after Update 17.4 touchscreen not responding and charging slots also not work how Can I fix this issue I did everything force reset not no use I need my backup for that also charging slot not working is this a hardware issue or software issue.?
