I just updated my Apple Watch 10 to watchOS 10.0.1 The swiping motions on the watch now bring different 'option' panels. "Swipe-up" no longer shows the same functions (battery %, vibrate phone, theater mode, etc). Where can I learn how to control my watch with OS 10?

You can open the Tips app (orange background light bulb) on your watch and it will guide you through this and other changes made to the operating system. The guides in that app cover the main things you'll likely be looking to do.
How about learning to adapt to change instead of venting? It works better, feels better, last longer than being angry about something you have no control over.
Bwhahahah. Cute. Yeah I was used to it after a day. Doesn’t bother me. But you can still vent about it. You seem fun.

My swipe up on my watch was so easy to see battery life and silent mode etc now it won’t work since I did the upgrade. How can I get it back.
Definitely not tailored to my needs and the hundreds of others who have posted ! It should be a choice and not forced on you . Also my battery lasts 30 percent less now .
If you read further below you tap once on the flat rectangle button under the round button on the side of your watch and it brings up everything that was there when you swiped up before the update
