I go to use FaceTime on Apple TV, and I get the video to work, however the audio does not work. What am I doing incorrectly? My set up is an LG TV with a Sonos bar for audio. Obviously, my Apple TV is also hooked into this system. I have no problems watching TV with the Sonos bar and Apple TV.
So I now have two Apple TVs that support FaceTime. The first one in the basement works fine and have no issues. Finally upgraded the Apple TV for the family room and just had this problem. It was my first time trying FaceTime on this new Apple TV. The Apple TV works fine with audio for everything else. Not sure how to fix this. Video was working, but no sound
