Not able to reserve Iphone 15 pro max in the UAE

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the recent attempts to purchase the new iPhone. Despite multiple efforts over the past three days, I have been unable to complete the purchase due to technical issues and a lack of transparency in the process.It feels as though our time and emotions are being toyed with, with no tangible results. I urge Apple to address these issues promptly and provide a satisfactory resolution.

Same story with me, I've been on this website daily at 6AM trying to refresh the page but it does not say anything else apart from "check back at 6 a.m". From my basic research I've seen that this is happening every year and I believe this is a tactic by Apple to create hype. It's very frustrating and unbelievable that UAE Apple does not have stock of iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max, but they have availability of iPhone 15 and 15 plus for reservation.

Have you tried contacting the store directly? I'm planning on doing that today and asking it myself. Want to know if you tried the same and what was the outcome if yes.

U r right brother, even I am facing the same issue ,I have even reported this but no response from their side, this is very bad customer service, did not expect from Apple.
