Whenever i m reading a web page in iOS Safari, it will never stop bouncing around due to ads. Sometimes I have to scroll up or down to find my last reading point. Which is pretty irritating. This happens on iPhone 15 pro max as well as the previous generation. Does anyone have this experience?

Yes, everyone does. That is not a Safari issue, that is a webpage issue. The website developer does that on purpose to get you to look at the ads.
You could try using a different t browser such as Opera or Firefox that blocks the advertisements.

Does the bouncing around ever stop? On some websites, I eventually can read the page without the ads interfering.
You can try turning on the Reader view: Hide ads and distractions in Safari on iPhone - Apple Support
Or another browser.
