Macbook air M1 2020 left modifier keys randomly pressed

The left fn, control, and option keys on my built-in MacBook Air keyboard started randomly pressing and staying pressed a few weeks ago. External keyboard works fine.

I tried cleaning the keyboard with pressed air and updated MacOS - no change. I disabled the keys through system setting but now the same problem happened with the left command key which was previously working fine.

There was no water or other damage to the MacBook prior to this so I would appreciate any advice!
