Apps are not listed in icloud backup options

In ‘apps using icloud’ when I select ‘show all apps’ there are no additional apps showing. Hence all my apps are missing from the list to be backed up.

This is a new device that was set up from another device. In the old device this was working OK and all my apps and data has ben successfully installed in the new device.

the size of the new phone’s backup is large and seems that the backup includes all the apps and data.

The issue is that they are not listed and cannot manage what is backedup and not.

Any fixes please?

Hello LnSt,

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are unable to see all apps for iCloud backups. Not all apps backup to iCloud, so please see this positioning from this Apple resource on this: Backup methods for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

"iCloud backups don't include:
* Data that you already store and sync in iCloud, like Contacts, Calendars, and Notes
* Photos, if you turned on iCloud Photos
* iMessages, text (SMS) and multimedia (MMS) messages, if you sync messages with iCloud
* Data stored in other cloud services, like Gmail and Exchange mail
* Apple Mail data
* Apple Pay information and settings
* Face ID or Touch ID settings
* iCloud Music Library and App Store content
Learn more about what iCloud backs up "

If this doesn't cover the apps you are having an issue with, please give more specifics so we can look at possible next steps.

Cheers!
