My Apple Watch 3 froze when I was transferring my phone data to a replacement phone

i had to replace my cracked iPhone 14 plus. There was some difficulty updating the software on the replacement phone so I troll it to the ATT store and they fixed the problem and transferred my data. Later I realized that my watch was frozen. The screen shows the apple logo and the surrounding circle indicator but it’s not moving. I can’t restart it. Help please. Kathie
