I set up my iPhone 15 Pro and went to connect to my JBL Charge 4 speaker. The speaker doesn’t show up in the list of Bluetooth devices. My AirPod Pros do and they also connect. I’m wondering if anybody else is having this issue
I have a JBL party Box 300 and upgraded my phone to the 15 Max Pro. I tried everything including downloading JBL apps nothing worked. I called JBL and these speakers have a memory that needs to be reset. On the speaker press & hold the Volume up plus button and the play button below it for 10 seconds it will reset and turn off. Then just turn it back on and hold the blue tooth button on the speaker and then the phone recognized my speaker immediately.
My JBL is Flip 3 and it worked, beforehand, I selected the wrong Flip number and it didn’t work. Only once I selected the Flip I had (could not remember which one it was) did it work.

Yeah I don’t know, it might be a 15 Pro issue. I’m not sure. But something’s wrong with it
I wrote to JBL. On their website they have a way of clearing the device. Then I was able to connect to the phone.
I'm having the same issue. Connecting to all other BT devices, JBL and otherwise, other than my JBL Flip 4. Seems like some strange, specific bug. Hopefully can get this squashed soon.

For the JBL Xtreme, I had to remove the app, then download it again. iPhone 15. It connected right away!
Thank you - I also downloaded the JBL portable app and went to settings under Bluetooth and found my device -yay !
