Voice Memo's taking 276GB of space when I only have 64GB installed.

As read on the title but also seen on the image, my voice memo's are taking up "276GB" of space when I only have 64GB installed. I've removed countless apps and such to free like 5 GB's, but after just some minutes it goes back to pretty much almost 64/64GB used. I've removed all my voice memos yet it's saved. We used to film some voice tracks with microphones through this phone long time ago, but those memos was removed long time ago after use. Doesn't seem like they are properly removed? I also tried plugging in the iPhone on the computer to remove them from here but you guys are so restritive of everything so nowadays we can't even do that. PLEASE help.
