i face apple watch ultra 2 strange screen flickering issue. I have timer complication on modular ultra screen. When I run a timer in the background, the screen flickers. When the timer is stopped, flickering stops.

My AWU2 has started doing the same screen flicker, only noticed while on ultra modular watch face and always on computations only. Nothing running ie timers as some people say and when screen is always on, happens when you wake screen momentarily.
I presume this is a software issue and Apple will fix eventually.
Managed to get a video and freeze frame of issue, can be any of the computations.
Please fix as I’ve come from a Garmin that had zero issues

I’m a hairdresser so use timers all day. Now I’m looking it does appear to be only when I have a timer running in the background.
Updating to 10.0.2 has not resolved the issue for my Ultra 2.
Also the rebooting thing is very frustrating as if I run a timer in the background it either gets paused or the watch crashes and reboots and deletes the timer.

Mine does this too and the flicker seems exactly once per second, if that helps diagnose it.
I am afraid it's a hardwear problem.Mine does the same thing but not only in the new face but all the faces that have complications corners.I think it's a display problem but hopefully not

The disappearing seconds is normal behavior when the watch is in always-on mode and inactive.
The disappearing seconds is normal but I never understood why they do it though. Isn’t the display updating at 1hz when idle? So why not update the seconds then?

That does not work. Trust me I have tried. Even the Apple Store could not get it to work. I have to continuously turn off and turn back on my watch for it to work for maybe the day.
For me the weather complication issue got fixed by updating to 10.0.2 but I read that it did nit help to all users
im in 10.0.2 and it just started for me over the weekend. So I have no idea. But I am also having issues on my tablet with 17 and my phone. So there must be some crazy bugs.
