When I tap to pay with a certain credit card in my Apple Wallet(not all cards) the point of sale device and the receipt are suddenly in French… And does not happen when I use the physical card. I have seen other people ask questions like this on here, but have not seen an explanation or solution yet. Anyone? It’s weird. Just randomly started happening.
Are you using a VPN? A VPN can identify your location as the French speaking part of Canada. If you’ve just turned off the VPN, you’ll need to delete the VPN software from your iPhone and restart your device, making sure the iPhones Region is still set correctly.
If you open the iTunes Store is it in English or French?
Make sure you Apple ID is set correctly and not French.
