Switching between phones with eSIM

I currently have an iPhone 12 with my personal line on the eSIM and a business line on a physical SIM card. I am fixing to upgrade to a iPhone 15 pro. I also have a iPhone SE third generation iPhone that is the business phone but I usually keep the business SIM card in my personal phone so that I don't have to carry two phones around. My question is since the new iPhone 15 pro does not have a SIM card tray and is eSIM only, how can I switch between my personal phone and the business phone when I need to leave the business phone with someone else when I am gone or on vacation and someone else needs to answer the business line?
