Apple billed to Truemoney wallet but I didn’t get my in app purchases

Hi, I made in-app purchase on Webtoon. My payment method is Truemoney Wallet. As Truemoney wallet already billed this purchase but I didn’t get my purchase on Webtoon.

I tried to find this subscription on Apple history purchased on website, but I couldn’t found this purchased.

Also I asked Truemoney Wallet and they said that they cannot do anything, and asked me to contact with Apple.

If there anyway that I can get my money back, please help.
