I am unable to locate or access a purchase made in the App Store

I made a payment of 19.53$ for Youtube Premium on march 6. They don’t give me the access to the premium feature so I was going to ask for a refund. Apple don’t even let me do it, the purchase not even showing in my purchase history. This is not first time they did that either. I have the receipt of the purchase in my e-mail, and the payment showing in my bank account. Can’t believe they stole 20 dollars like they weren’t a billion dollars company. What a shame!

Please be careful with accustions here. From your description, specifically Apple having no record of the transaction in your purchase history, then you have been robbed by criminals, not Apple.

Apple cannot fix this; only your bank or card issuer can once you report an unauthorized charge.

It is not only Apple that these criminals pretend to be. The criminals have posed as a variety of retailer.

Discussing financial transactions with unknown users/strangers/volunteers is the wrong way to approach matters and a waste of time. You need to figure out what happened with your bank and after that with Apple.
