how revert from watch os 10

The watch was updated to watch OS 10, now I want to pair it with my daughter's phone, which is an iPhone 8 plus, and I can't, how can I download the previous version?

I'm afraid you can't. Once you update an Apple device, you can't go back to a previous version (unless you want to downgrade a Beta version).

Resetting series 1 Apple Watch to lower version software to use with iPhone 6 I got a new series 5 Apple Watch. I wanted to give my series 1 watch to my granddaughter who has an iPhone 6. It does not want to pair because apparently even though I reset the watch to factory settings - it doesn’t take away the watch os updates.
