Lost an app in my phone was moving apps around somehow not showing

Search for it among your App Library icons.

It only lets me add to a larger circle that has other apps in it. It won’t let me add the actual app to my home screen which is what I want. It just hovers in an empty apace then disappears right after

I’m having the same issue. App icon disappeared and can’t get it to come back. Search temporarily finds the app but the Home Screen app icon is forever missing now
