My Iphone xs max is not charging after ios 17 upgrade

My Iphone xs max is not charging after ios 17 upgrade . Before charging you have to shutdown your iphone and then it will start charging .

I don't know , how's apple going to support this issue. It is totally not convenience at all. I need to restart my phone every one/two day. Else it is not charging.
