How do I automatically switch my Airpod Max between iPhone and Macbook Pro? its not working.
Both iPhone and Macbook pro 14'' are connected to Airpod Max; but automatic switching functionality not working.

Let's make sure that automatic switching is enabled for your AirPods to switch to another device. If it's already enabled, try toggling this option off and then back on. After that, restart your devices.
