Enterprise Developer Program Enrollment is still pending

I've submitted the application for the enterprise developer program a year ago (!!) and it's still pending without any updates. All calls to the Apple support line end up with 'That's handled by another internal team and we have no way of tracking or redirecting you to them'. Wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to get my application moving again? Thanks in advance!

Intune Company Portal enrollment failed According to the most recent information, random iPhone and iPad users are experiencing problems while enrolling in Intune and at this moment more than 10 devices are affected and get the same issue. This case has already been escalated to Microsoft support and from the finding, failed because the agent on the device is crashing on the "InstalledApplicationList" command. Really appreciate your support to look into this issue.

Cannot find Agree or Accept button on Apple Business Update for 24 October 2023 I have logged on to Apple Business Portal but I couldn't find Agree or Accept button to Updated agreements as follows: ------------------------- On October 24th, 2023, Apple will post updated agreements to Apple Business Manager.
