MAC Pro 2023 crashing while using Zoom with external monitor and camera. Does not crash when just using the laptop by itself. Can you tell me how to fix this problem?

We'll be happy to see how we can help. You may want to begin by looking to see if there are any firmware updates for the monitor and/or camera that can be updated. Also, if you happen to have access to another monitor and camera, you can test swapping them out one at a time to see which device may be the cause this behavior. And try swapping out the cable as well.

I have the same problem with a MacBook Pro 16 except I am using the built in camera and monitor and my system is up to date. I could not get it to advance from one slide to the next even with every other app closed, my camera off, system sound, and fully connected to the home internet with all bars showing.
