always restarts

I'd first try booting into Safe Mode and see if anything changes: Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support
Do you have any anti-virus, "app cleaners", "Mac cleaners" or "Mac optimizer" type applications installed? They can create havoc with Macs, and usually create more issues than they prevent.
