I bought the Pro Apps Bundle for Education on the Apple website on September 11th, but still haven't received the codes. When I contacted Apple Support they were mostly unhelpful and said I needed to contact the App Developers, but I'm not sure that will work considering it was a bundle of like 5 apps not just a single app? I guess I can go to each individual app and report a problem, but I doubt that will solve the issue since this seems like an Apple problem. Any help would be much appreciated!
