Hi,
Want to change this ugly thick font on a lock screen.
Is there any way doing it?

Just updated and faced with the same ugly and badly laid out lock screen.
And not allow it to be changed?
Tiny login, massive ugly clock.

I like the clock, but I hate the font! Thank you @nejad - I have turned it off. If Apple make it less chunky (or customisable) I'll turn it back on. I guess I should be grateful that the option to turn it off is present.
Go to System Settings>Lock Screen>Show Large Clock and select "Never"

If Apple makes it more customizable, it's making it less simple.
Personally I don't mind the "chunky" font. Makes it easier to read from across the room. 😎
You can change the font on iOS.
But no widgets go on lock screen, need concept though!

Curious what it looks like. Can you post it?
Looks the same for everyone running Sonoma.

No, not that I see.
you can submit your Apple Feedback here: Product Feedback - Apple
You are looking at it wrong!
Not as of yet, however I would expect it to be in an updated release to conform to iPhone 15 latest IOS which is fully customizable.
There is no shortcut.
Yes, but I already knew that. Just hate the font. Keep it simple.
It's really hard to believe this can't be done with the versatility on iOS.
Yes - Im also looking for a solution to change it. Its ugly to look at.
Haven't tried but one possible solution could be to turn if off and place a widget instead?

Go to settings and go to “wallpaper” then choose customize.
you can change the wallpaper, but you can't change the clock font.
