Siri shortcut not working

Hello,

I remember that once was possible to set a specific command for specific shortcut in some settings so that siri would intiate the shortcut but I cannot find it. If I name my shortcut for example - My love whatsup and say it to siri it does not do anything whilist a shortcut that I downloaded from someone a shortcut named action picker, it works… How do I specify a certaion phrase and link it with specific shortcut so that it worsk? I don`nt think you have only option to do it by saying siri the name of the shortcut. Or they changed it and now it is the only way?

Thank you

Hi danielfromplzeň,

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! As noted in the Shortcuts User Guide below, to use Siri to run a shortcut, you must first activate Siri:

Use Siri to run shortcuts with your voice

Run a shortcut with Siri
•Activate Siri on your iOS or iPadOS device, HomePod, Apple Watch or Mac, then say the name of a shortcut, such as “Text Last Image”.

After running the shortcut, Siri tells you the result.
When your device is locked and you run a shortcut that opens an app, Siri asks to unlock your device before continuing.

Hope this helps!

Have a great day.
