I do NOT want to avoid tolls on Apple Maps

I have a pretty long commute and would like to use my toll pass, but Apple Maps doesn’t always show me a route that includes tolls even if it would shave up to 30 minutes off of my commute. I do not have “avoid tolls” selected. Even if I ignore the maps route and use the toll road it does not adjust and tries rerouting off the toll. Every search result is full of people having the opposite problem. It’s frustrating that Apple doesn’t have an option to always use tolls!

Hi ChristianaShaw,

We want to help you with Maps.

Maps should automatically choose the shortest routes, and give you the options with tolls.

Make sure you don't have Avoid Tolls on as you've mentioned.

Go to Settings > Maps > Driving, and ensure you don't have anything defaulted here that would limit Tolls or Highways.

If you continue to never received routes with tolls, please contact Apple Support to continue investigating the matter:

As I stated I do not have avoid tolls selected, I have never had avoid tolls selected. On most days taking the toll would shave off 20-40 minutes on my commute and Maps isn’t showing it as an option, even when I divert myself, Maps does not update to reflect that I’m on the toll.
