Maps doesn't understand I'm on transit

Try the following:

1. Open Settings
2. Tap Apps
3. Tap Maps
4. Scroll down and under Preferred Type of Travel, tap Transit

My transit authority's app is, well, lacking. The only thing that's reasonably accurate is the real-time map, oddly enough. But the map itself is missing lots of street names, and it won't remember that it has access to my location. But fiddling with it does give me something to do while I'm waiting.

Have you gone to Settings>Apps>Maps and set "Transit" as your preferred type of travel?
