The fix is in your account page. On all phones that have the family sharing you need to do the change. Click on the name/pic at the top of settings for your account info. Then click family sharing. You will need to view and accept new terms and then you can update the sharing. But you do need to do it on each device, it can’t be done remotely. I just had success on this myself!
Same thing for me. Since iOS 17 there is no live view for me either on find my iPhone. there is a very laggy "now" position that does not update until you shut and restart the app. Frustrating
The bug is still up. Is there any fix for it? I noticed that on MacBook Find my works perfectly. :D

The clowns at apple still haven't fixed the problem yet. Once my contract with Version is over I am going to take this F****** phone out to backyard and turn it to dust. I am done with F*ing apple.
