As title suggested games are stuttering.
i have installed 17.0.2 as well.
tried different games from different developers having same issue so it feels like its issue with ios.
tried erasing phone and relogging
sometimes stutter issue comes on home screen and any random app i use.
anyone else facing same thing? Suggest fix if thers any.

If there is little space remaining, then that can most certainly result in lagging. So, refer to the following...

Close All Apps:
An app or few is accessing your system services (i.e. audio). So, close all apps. Hold you finger down as you swipe up. Then, close all of these open apps, by swiping up quickly for all apps.
I am also facing game shuttering and Too much lag on my iPad 9th Gen (64GB) near about 22GB is free still I am facing I think ios 17 update makes it slow.. Now I will never update.. How can it be survive for 7yrs? As 5yrs update is included.
106 gb out of 128gb is free. I reset my phone today only.
Welcome to apple.. this problem happens since iphone 13 pro on ios 16.. apple just dont give a f about this promotion stuternes.. pure joke
i always kill app never minimise them.
after reading your reply. I made sure that no app or audio is running in background.
no use though,still stuttering with same intensity.

Space After Reset:
22GB of the storage capacity is used after a factory reset?Ihat may or may not be accurate (depends on whether you transferred data). Or are you saying you cleared “Other” (now called “System Data”) and now this is the case(which is likely so)?

No. Pretty much it’s from troubleshooting Apple offer-the-years, including calls with Apple when trying to troubleshoot a device, or just taking part in these forums.
I am kinna feeling that i should not buy apple things anymore. This is my first apple device. The reason behind my switch was apple devices are good for like 5-6 years for normal usage and Gaming is smoother on apple.
but just after 2 and a quarter years of usage this iphone 12 is acting like a mid range android phone which i can buy probably with 40% of cost of this one.
really extremly disappointed. They still havent fixed it. Games still drop tons of frames. Just like my 7 year old android mid ranger. :(
