TV app shows no purchased movies on MacOS
The TV app on my iPhone shows all the movies I have purchased and they are playable. However the MacOS app shows empty page in the Movies tab. Account is the same. What can possibly be the issue?

Please start with the following troubleshooting suggestions if you are unable to play media files or view your movie purchases in the Apple TV app:
- If a media file doesn't open or play on your Mac, iPhone, or iPad - Apple Support
- If you can't watch or stream movies and TV shows in the Apple TV app - Apple Support
It may also help to restart your Mac and install any available software updates:
If these were purchases from the iTunes Store, you may need to redownload them to your Mac following these instructions: If there's an issue when you redownload apps, movies, or other content from Apple - Apple Support
