Apple watch couldnt boot have watchOS 10 update

I did an update for my watch and it stuck in a boot loop for couple hours so i tried to do force restart and reset, it couldn’t work. What’s worse is now i had unpair my watch due to other suggestions that i found from the community so reset from phone is not possible
