after I updated my macmini m2pro macOS to Sonoma , I am experiencing a problem with my nimbus+ controller which keeps dropping bluetooth connection, any fix for the issue

Just curious, but when you play games do you have 'Game Mode' on?
I noticed that one of the features when game mode is on is "Bluetooth sample rate is doubled for wireless controllers".
Do you see any improvement if this mode is turned off?

Same for me. VERY annoying to the point of being unusable.
Get about a minute of game play before Bluetooth drops.

Unfortunately still disconnecting even with this trick. Tried also SMC , uninstall/reboot/reinstall SteelSeries software. Tried upgrading to 14.3 now. Nothing works.

Yes, and it's sad. I bought the recommended product but it does not work properly.
More games pads you connect, the issue get worse. So if waiting makes you able to play with 1 game pad, it is impossibile with 2,3,4…
