Hello DawoodAbdullah, Unless you can find one from a 3rd party you may be out of luck finding a iPhone 13 Pro Max blue color. The only Apple place you might find one if you check regularly is the Apple Refurbished Store. I just check the Refurbished Store and there were no iPhone 13's available, but they have some iPhone 12's.
