safari lock private window shortcut clash

I've just updated to Sonoma and Safari 17.

Under the Window menu, the "Lock all private windows" option show it has a short cut "shift+cmd+L" how ever this also the shortcut to open the side bar. so anytime I press those keys the sidebar opens and private windows do not lock.

Is there a way to either switch the priority or decouple the shortcut from opening the side bar?

Also, is there a way to add an icon to the safari taskbar alswell, so i could click one button to lock private windows.
