I take a picture with iPhone, open Photos, select the photo, select the inspector, select the town at bottom left of map to display GPS data or select the picture on the map to see the location on the map. The later is correct but the GPS coordinates are incorrect. I have verified the GPS coordinates with the Compass app.

Change the date, time, or location
You can change the date, time, and location that’s stored within the photo or video’s metadata information. See See photo and video information.
1. Open the photo or video, then tap.
2. Tap Adjust Date & Time or Adjust Location.
3. Enter the new information, then tap Adjust.
To change the date, time, or location of a batch of photos, tap Select, tap the thumbnails you want to change, then follow the steps above.

Thanks for the reply. My issue is that the GPS coordinates on every picture is not correct. Reviewing pictures from other years the problem began in 2019 when Apple began supplying GPS coordinates. I am not sure where to go next since I have contacted Apple twice and performed all of their problem determination procedures.
