i can’t facetime if i am not on wifi since updating to 17
if i am not on wifi i cant get facetime calls or make them

Thanks for reaching out. If we understand correctly, you can't make or receive FaceTime calls on cellular data. Is that right?
If so, tap Settings > Cellular first and make sure that cellular data is toggled on for FaceTime.
