I have a I phone 14 pro which I recently had to take to apple to get replaced but now that I have the new phone I can no longer make FaceTime calls over cellular data and have to use WiFi everytime is there a fix to this

Just to make sure, did you check the settings for the use of cellular data and FaceTime in Settings/Cellular?
Also check if there are any restrictions set up for the use of cellular data in the settings for Screen Time.
Please contact your Carrier. You may not have a sufficient Data plan for the SIM that you are using.
I don’t see why this would have changed wen I have had the 14 pro since release and this has only happened since I needed to replace my 14 pro that had a broken camera all setting and data were transfer over but yet this issue remains
